3) There was a proposal for Sushi to build out another branch on Serum. Unless Nomi hands over all of the keys and continues with the migration, that proposal is no longer going to be supported. If he does, it will be honored as long as a kickass project is built.

Yeah so tbh I think that getting 5m sushi once for helping to build sushi isn't crazy. If he'd just applied for a grant of that size he might have gotten it! But this is like the worst way to do it, and jeopardizes the future.

I genuinely think he would have got a good payoff if this had been done properly and vested (based on him doing work basically). He literally threw this away. Also, he was rushing everything, like he was desperate. Money issues?
