First of all, sucks. He hurt his project, his future potential, and his followers.

3) There was a proposal for Sushi to build out another branch on Serum. Unless Nomi hands over all of the keys and continues with the migration, that proposal is no longer going to be supported. If he does, it will be honored as long as a kickass project is built.
Sam, consider not using the same brand. It has been tarnished beyond repair imo and will expose serum to 'reputaion by assosiation' risks. Also - imo, rebuilding brand effort cost > building another brand OR working with $BASED

It was a good proposal. ETH is not ready this year for Defi. It has a big future but is failing us all. Layer 2 needs to be rolled out, including for SUSHI
