10) Aiming high means having the capacity, and the products, and the composability, to scale Serum up as much as it can. It also means having the liquidity and support.

11) Already, Serum is probably the most liquid on-chain DEX in the world. But the goal is so much more than that; the sky’s the limit. So you want the world’s top liquidity providers onboard, even if it’s overkill for what Serum is now, because it’s what will allow it to scale.
