It has a credit card, and an empty exchange I guess. Mostly it has a domain name.

I bought a CRO bag in April 2019 and dumped it in May 2019, started thinking about how overvalued it was. Another token with not much utility. (sold at breakeven)
I still don't understand how it's in the top 100.

Well its part of an ecosystem so there is some utility for it's exchange/products. I am up 70% since June but keeping my eye on it
