Will we be able to trade ecr 20 tokens on it at start?

SPL tokens -- the Solana version of ERC20s.
People are building general bridges between Ethereum and Solana; until then places (e.g. FTX) can act as token swappers between chain.

So suppose i want to trade math tokens and its not on ftx so it'll be not possible also on serum to trade?

You can convince them to list an SPL version of their token, or wait for a cross-chain bridge.
We might also make a standardized version of that process but it would be centralized.
