2) on CEXes, SRM will open up a bit above $0.11 at 9:30pm HKT on August 11th (in about 18 hours). This includes FTX, BitMax, HBTC, and others.

3) TomoDex and Mesa.Eth are DEXes but will have similar action to the CEXes

4) To avoid race issues around when Uniswap/Balancer pools first open, those will be seeded with few coins, and more will be added into them until people start buying and/or they're in line with the other venues. Basically an auction.
