Will you allow freedom to provide liquidity and trade any token like on uniswap or serum will list tokens like binance dex?

Yup, you can do anything! Though the GUIs may not support everything.

I mean if i want to trade geeq today i just search it by using its contract address on uniswap and i am able to trade. Will this feature be in serum or we have to just wait and trade only listed coins?

Depends on how support is built on UIs--we'll see though we'd be excited for someone to launch a UI that supports everything natively. But I'm guessing you'll be able to do something similar on Serum.
