Yeah devnet is being finicky; I've gotten it working for an SPL token though not for SOL right now.

Alright so yeah turns out that devnet just kidna sucks. Use testnet instead. Except there's no airdrop there. But if you send me your testnet address I can send you some testnet SOL :P
