2) 90% of all tokens will be locked up for 1-7 years (that is 1 year fully locked, then linearly unlock over the next 6 years).

3) All seed sales are locked, as are all team tokens. This means that the early investors and the team are committed to the long term success of Serum and SRM.

4) Outside of having a small amount available for liquidity providing and ecosystem incentives early on, none of the SRM is circulating, meaning that everyone involved in the project is in it for the long run.
