its averaged over the last 30 days is what I got from a telegram admin from SRM

So assuming it's fully subscribed - 36 FTT ($129 at current prices) and $275 worth of SRM. The FTT bid is more than half the of the value of the actual tokens. If you bid the extra FTT and it happens to not be over subscribed, is the FTT still used and burned?
