1) FTX today:
No big wicks, no crazy liquidations, but it was really throttled for a bit and some stops were missed and some ADLs that weren't necessary. If you had one please email support@ftx.com. Really sorry about that!
As always, no clawbacks.

2) Rolled out an upgrade to ftx.com/pnl but it had bad behavior during the crash and took a lot of the exchange's bandwidth. Rolled it back. Really sorry for the trouble.

3) Price bands/etc. worked fine, markets were orderly. Nothing got too out of line but some stop losses didn't trigger. Also some accounts got ADLed; this shouldn't have happened.
If you had a missed stop, or got ADLed, email support@ftx.com and we'll fix.
ADLs are fine. but how about pushing some email notifications when they happen? It's not a nice feeling to open FTX and see that ADL happened an hour ago.

when you show them all together, it's difficult to keep track of account balance.
