Could you comment Serum's valuation on private round? ($800 million). Which way is it formed?
Seems extremely overvalued if we compare with FTX like the core project.

2) I think that the upside is actually quite high. I might write up something publicly about this -- but here's the rough sketch:
a) what % of DeFi rev could it be?
b) how big could DeFi get?
c) what is the further upside from non-obvious rev sources?
It would be great to read it cause despite all potential revenue flows I think discount was very low (not only my opinion)
