Are you saying that 100 is small? Are you saying that the validators are not independent? Are you saying that they don't matter and instead something else determines it?

The thing that's even more important than raw validator count is that you're sacrificing client-side validation.

have you considered "resilience" as a property of your stakers? E.g. anonymity, opsec, ability to withstand state action?
