1) While these token valuations are debatable, the actual yields are just traders paying the loans. I my self have borrowed a chunk of USDC from dydx last year to long ETH because the APR was simply lower than longing on futures on centralized exchanges.

18) But you can't spend valuation. So really, the money that liquidity farmers make is coming from the people buying the governance tokens. And why are they buying those governance tokens at so much higher a valuation? Because their projects TLV is up.

2) How else would you distribute a project's token in DeFi ? Giving it out to its users seems like 1 of the more fair ways to me. These tokens are going up, so users are getting very high APR, this is way healthier than 2017 ICOs with barely a whitepaper and still going x100
