Fun fact: you can often tell what an exchange wants to emphasize by checking where they fake volume. (To be clear FTX doesn't and never has faked volume. Neither have e.g. most US or Japanese exchanges.)

It’s harder to fake volume in hyper centralized exchanges like NYSE. Cryto cex is more like Forex where prices are discovered independently by each exchange.
