For those posting it: the Ghislaine/COVID rumors are fake, started by a parody site: snopes.com/fact-check/ghi I think the big tipoffs were: 1) really unlikely to be broken by Brown Valley Observer 2) The sentence about needing a ventilator was too aggressive
