DAI's parameters are probably too aggressive on right now. I'm guessing it would make sense to:
a) take collateral factor down a bit
b) take the interest rate curve up a bit
c) take the reserve rate up a bit

ETH-based farmers would probably prefer using ETH to farm so that they don't have to worry about liquidation risk at all.
