We've spend the last month thinking a lot about the FTX UX. Hopefully it's helped!

From experience, the UX is better than most crypto-derivative exchanges. Note that their UI is better (except BitMEX) but you’ve done a good job with the app; a similar sort of work for the website will do.

One thing that annoys me though is the “New” products that show up before my favorited assets on top.

For most of your users, ftx is not first exchange they had already used ( or still they are using) other popular exchanges.. So they are asking to put the other exchanges features, which they get used to..

I like the direction you are going and the show of progress you share.

Flexibilty makes FTX #1
Wondering how long it will take for other exchanges to realize they are lazy and slow in changing, listening to their customers, etc.

instead to think about these useless things, why not think about making a guide for beginners in trading
Great to see focus on this. Hope my comments about inability to persist disabled order confirmation popups and adding tab style switching for limit/market/stop orders were heard and will be addressed. Lack of this makes FTX klunky for me.

now that i’m crafting and building my own product. I’d honestly say. Less is more. Simplicity is complexity expressed in relatable experiences. From art direction to textual copywriting, I think design choices determine the type of customer a product will attract long term.
