Higher for retail, VIP fees are more similar. Unfortunately it's the cost of the higher legal/etc. burden on a US-based exchange!
Appreciate the color, that's unfortunate. I was about to get excited that FTX US could be the new low cost exchange in the U.S., but for now it remains Binance US
