This thread is music to my ears😍 Good luck! Recently commented on your post how critical information architecture is when it come to discovering features. Do you have a dedicated UX/product designer to assist you with the tweaks?

We do, althgouh it's always a group effort, especially when taking customer feedback :)
Yeah of course, it should be. Use analytics as well because what people say is not always what they do (eg. your poll results). I'm sure you have GA set up but could come handy for heat/clickmaps and for tracking flows.
