2) We periodically ask for feedback about FTX. Some of it is not surprising (great products! when TSLA???). But some of it has been, and we were probably a bit slow to adapt to some of it.

3) One of the most common, and confusing, pieces of feedback we've gotten is: "I'd love a way to input a price, take profit, and stop loss all at once!" It's common because lots of people like bracket orders. It's confusing because we already have them.

4) In fact, about half the feature requests we get are for things we already have. It took us way to long to realize that the _real_ product request here is: "please make it easier to find your features".

5) I think a lot of people confuse UI with UX. Both matter, but one is mission critical. We get a lot of feedback about our design--it definitely needs work! But I think it's really easy to have a frustrating experience with something and not know exactly why.

6) Here's one related fact: when we do polls, a bit over half the people prefer the braket order form to the standard one, and yet way less than half the volume comes from bracket orders. I'm guessing most don't know they exist.
