Price of the ftx perpetual is now almost 20% higher than the binance perpetual. I personally have payed 4% funding over the last hours and will pay more if you don't remove huobi and okex from the list of index exchanges.

Moreover I'm risking liquidation and the price of the theta-perp could rise to crazy levels because no real price discovery is possible.

Because they are trading at unreasonable prices and drive the funding up. Binance has already enabled D/W, that's where the only real price is.

How do you know those were unreasonable?
Earlier tonight Binance was blocked and others weren't, now it's changed.
And either way, if all but 1 are blocked, that's basically the same as all being blocked--if you can't acutally send it from Binance to anywhere.
The exchange that's not blocked (binance) is trading at the real price. When the other exchange are unblocked we'll see arbitrage traders quickly adjust the price over there. The binance price will not move at all, just see.
