Right now, the FTX index for THETA is Binance THETA/BTC Binance THETA/USDT Huobi THETA/USDT Binance THETA is deposit blocked and trading at stupid prices, which is causing large funding rates. We'll change the index to Binance/Huobi/OKEx. Should we do it:

Down more likely--Binance is too high, so this would make the index lower.
