woah, interesting listing! Theta is a great project with a great team, but is there a particular interested party or group motivating the launch of this product? In other words: is there a non-speculative use for this contract?

Hahaha, a great project? Come on. "Streaming quality and loading times are still terrible" this is Theta's value proposition, any telecoms engineer knows that in an efficient market this scam is worth 0. But this is crypto the magic land where scams have value.
