Some brief thoughts:
1) This is a *reasonable* ranking
2) You'll get different results based on whether you use perps, quarterlies, BTC, everything, options, MOVE, etc.
3) Pretty hard to say what the best is

This ranking is relatively BitMEX/Binance friendly:
1) doesn't include OKEx/Huobi quarterlies
2) doesn't include FTX MOVE or altcoins
3) doesn't include Deribit/FTX/OKEx options
4) missing Bitflyer, which is relevant
But it's not crazy.
