I'm not an engineer, but I'm genuinely confused why servers for exchanges like BitMEX and Coinbase still can't handle bitcoin's volatility after operating for 6 years and especially when trading volume is considerably lower now than other times during the last 2-3 years.

yeah but their rate limiter / load shedder should reflect their max tps instead of the whole thing going down they got millions tho idk why they cant just build a top tier engine..
