‘You make it expire at the real price.’ If this is a market, isnt whatever the price expire at, the real price? I think this might be illegal market manipulation the way you are doing it.

It's an expiring future--the definition of the future is based on what it expires to. I'm not sure what you're referencing?
He's claiming your a selling a CFD and calling it a future contract
