If I understand correctly, part of the issue is that % PnL isn't super well defined (say you buy/sell/buy/sell/buy all without ever being flat--what's the denominator?), and what we're doing right now for ftx.com/shareable-pnl is actually somewhat computationally intensive

agree, but how about having shareable pnl % display on the open position just neat the pnl display in USD. Its better if we dont have to click one more button just to see and not share

Yup we could do it, but I think it's actually non-trivial to calculate in real time; calculating the denominator takes a while. But I'll check on that.
