One thing that's *definitely* true--studies on COVID-19 are ALL OVER THE PLACE. The same week one study is lambasted for claiming 50% of the UK has asymptomatic cases, Korea claims asymptomatic cases are 8% of all cases.
We pretty badly good, high quality, randomized testing!

Common sense would put the real asymptomatic rate around what the koreans are saying imo. It's a virus after all, not a bacterial infection the body can handle easily.

I wouldn't be shocked if "asymptomatic" was being defined inconsistently too--if it presents in a particular person as a mild cold, is that "asymptomatic" or "symptomatic, just not as much as some other people"?
Mild to moderate definition was a patient not being on a ventilator so who knows;
