They rebalance intraday so a 1-day price drop couldn't do it--it would take a ~1 minute price drop of ~30%. So technically possible but very unlikely and has never happened.

This was a good day for LTs--outperformed because of momentum, and avoided liquidation even if their pos would have gone to 0.
Makes up for some of the mean-reversion-based underperformance.
Great product. Although I do wonder about how much interest/funding is being charged in it. Definitely would have been rekt on bitmex though. Pray to the crypto gods for bounce.....
