pls explain the tokenomics for $ethbull - how did it hit $150?

ETHBULL started the day at around 500. ETH is down 30%, so 3x would be down 90%--worth about $50. BUT--ETHBULL did an intra-day rebalance to reduce its risk, and so lost significantly less. Currently see ETHBULL down about 77% and ETHBEAR up about 90% since midnight UTC.
