Yeah I think Kraken and Bitstamp were two omissions I prob should have mentioned. Both overall solid; Kraken is more ambitions, Bitstamp is more consistent.

That's the easiest, yeah. If you *really* want to move USD, you'll want to get a specific bank account for it--but USDT works!
