wins the Most Improved award. Their technology, CS, and product have all grown a *ton* over the last few years; they're sometimes known for the long tail of coins they list, but their core products and VIP support are great.

6) @OKEx probably gets Comeback Exchange of the Year. They were in a bad place two years ago primarily because of a bad risk engine, but they've successfully revamped their derivatives after a year in hibernation and remain a behemoth in the space.

's core product isn't that complex, but it *just works*, and when you want a safe BTC/USD onramp/offramp that's what your'e looking for.
