5) I think that wins the Most Improved award. Their technology, CS, and product have all grown a *ton* over the last few years; they're sometimes known for the long tail of coins they list, but their core products and VIP support are great.

Their core product may work, but as I've been complaining about for 3 years, their user interface is appalling. You can't cancel partial filled orders without refreshing the page (bug for 18mo). Support staff close every ticket I make about problems.

Not to mention how Coinbase Pro\Prime books crossed a few months ago. They have rounding errors when trying to convert USD <--> USDC. Their systems are perpetually in a state of "degraded performance", whatever that means.
