Mostly agree! I think the big thing is--doing something you're alreayd passionate about is really cool and rewarding, but generally not enough to make up for other factors. Finding success, recognition, and a way to support yourself tends to spur more passion.

When I was young I wouldn't have described "running a crypto exchange" as a passion. But I'm really passionate about FTX! Turns out that finding something you're good at, can learn a lot from, and produce something valuable with is really motivating.
