Is there an on-exchange wallet that I can swap into to preserve profits though?

You can deposit any of them and then withdraw any of them--so e.g. you could deposit PAX and withdraw BUSD etc., 1:1
And all profits are in USD (which can be withdrawn as any of them)

Fast withdrawals are great. The only other exchange I know that was doing blazing fast withdrawals was Beaxy.
