I haven't used the product myself, so I can't make any real claims as to its irl performance.
However, I watched Sam explain it in an interview and the functionality of the product is very simple. Iirc, it expires at the absolute value of difference in price from contract open.

Will have to dig in deeper later to see how that translates in terms of % returns compared to a daily/weekly ATM straddle position.

Trying to dumb-down options into OTM 5% strangles every week is itself a conceptually ill-founded strategy, for... 3 reasons.
1) Weeklies, really?
2) 5% Strangles only, nah.
3) Limited 2-way liquidity

Totally understand if you want to trade very specific options, Deribit has more!
There's a tradeoff, though: by focusing we can concentrate liquidity. So for the Nov 22 expiration we have 1 straddle and Deribit has tons; but their straddle is $30 wide and ours is $6 wide.

Yeah, I think these are the key distinguishing features. Simplicity for less sophisticated speculators and better liquidity for a very specific trade.

If you decide to list full option chains will support with arb quoting.
UI is tough but nobody has yet to do a proper ThinkOrSwim style UI. I saw one that was a 3rd party project, I think Deribit is in Beta with their own.
With CME/Bakkt/Ledger X all doing options could be good
