Binance goes down for maintenance in 1 hour. Right now 2 futures on FTX have only Binance in their index (TOMO and BNB). Should we add another (less liquid) market to each in the next hour so we still have an index when Binance goes down?

We're not going to change anything this time, per the results of the poll. We'll likely announce some index additions soon that will take effect in a week or so.
