I thought this was simply cost of doing business (ie by design) after my SL on a short EOSPERP didn't fire b/c I had insufficient margin due to being tied up in a limit order on the low side. A costly lesson as it was on the day we had the big btc move.

Yeah it was originally by design--but we've been convinced that another design is better :)
