Best guess--usually when this happens, it's because there was a limit order out using up the margin. FWIW you can avoid this by using take profit + stop loss instead of limit order + stop loss.

Yeah I think that we should probably change it so that reduce only stop + limit order out cancels the limit order instead of the stop
