1) Cleanup work from last night is basically done.
2) FTX has been up and functional for the last 12 hours
3) Sorry about the headache!
4) To clarify the rollback basically just affected improper liquidations.

Not sure if this counts as a post-mortem... any thing you are doing on the backend to prevent this issue again?

Use Virtual Machine Scale Sets on any public cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP). Will auto turn on and shutdown depending on load and parameters. A small price to pay when volume goes up for your exchanges' reptuation.
