I've long been a fan of

but having had 2 take profit orders not executed in the past 2 weeks and have price reverse on me to stop me out both times (one stop was in profit and slipped me -1.5R), I'm no longer going to be using them and cannot recommend them any more

Their customer service is unwilling to compensate me for the losses incurred on their faults and I had to actually show them on a chart my TP level getting hit Amazing that a TP doesn't execute when spiked by $6 but a stop loss does

I wrote a little on it Matt, nothing to do with my partnership as I still scalp on Mex due to Sierra plugin. But genuinely the best exchange I’ve used at FTX. Customer service is insane, literally minutes for resolutions. Expanding range of options, worth popping in to look.
