While I close my long perp position with market close button , I clicked confirm, no response. Then I clicked 2 more times. Finally, it open 2 short position for me. Is this bug? Can it be avoided?

Can I close my short perp position by buying perp trialing stop with the same size instead of using market close button?

anything that trades the right size will work (though obviously the trailing stop would only close it when it triggers)
