FTX is planning to add Alt vs BTC markets soon (e.g. XRP/BTC futures). Currently all settlement on FTX is in USD. Should the ALT/BTC futures:

Ah the 0.02%?
That's the maker fee for the lowest volume tier; it's paid to the exchange like taker fees are. (And then 1/3 is buy/burned in FTT each week.)
