Does anyone use ? What’s their actual liquidity? I heard say 5% of all crypto volume but seems unreal and I’ve heard other liquidity providers also claim 5%. This is a serious question and not trying to say they aren’t doing heavy volume. I’m curious.

Alameda Research doesn't have many customers, they trade mostly on exchange. You can OTC trade with them, though, at alamedaotc.com or otc.ftx.com.

They're also a liquidity provider for some exchanges.
If you want to access their liquidity the easiest way is at ftx.com :)
