1/2 Hey Sam, you are a genius, but once you get to a superior level of product features on FTX then increasing them further has less of a return than high value (not moderate) marketing and premier strategic relationships (distribution). Geek 40%. Business 60%.
2/2 Your mindset is on operational problem-solving (the nuances of productive trading in your case), which is amazing but a necessary but not sufficient condition. Mindset on quality until you are "better than" and then switch to domination, partnership and distribution mindset.
