Ask the woman who have been forced to carry dead fetuses to term...for months... and endure labor to birth them... because drs couldn't perform a medical procedure to prevent months of forced emotional, psychological torture...

The whole point there is that the mother had a decision to make, ie a *choice,* and she made that choice. That's the whole point of these kinds of laws. They leave the decision up to the mother and the healthcare professional and they do what they think is right.
