    After local Proud Boys tried to "trigger libtards" in downtown Spokane, bar owners are trying to figure out how to deal with the group. Mostly, they say don't give them what they want, don't engage, don't fight them.

    James Welch does everything he can to help Spokane's homeless. He hands out sandwiches and juice, finds them tarps, sleeping bags, whatever they need to survive on the streets. Thing is, Welch himself is homeless. Financially, he can't keep doing this
