It's interesting that you don't advise not answering blocked numbers - many of these scams are coming through blocked numbers - once you answer, your number is flagged as a valid target.
You’re more likely to encounter a threat-based impersonation scam over the phone. Not true, most come from identified numbers. Some can also mirror real business/govt numbers.
