I think it is a typo and is supposed to say "premises commonly known as a bottle shop".

I still think this is unclear, and causes unnecessary anxiety for some. What is the definition of home ? Does it include the land - i.e. Can people hang out their washing, water their plants, put rubbish in bins and put their bins out, etc etc ?

Some baffling restrictions. Can’t visit family but can stock up at the bottle-o, head to Bunnings, fill up petrol, go to the bank, supermarket, butcher, fruit and veg shop all while wearing a mask, if I have one? I was 100% for a lockdown, but there are so many inconsistencies.
